The first pair arrived with a broken pocket zip. The company send a replacement foc, however the replacement sent was the wrong size.... It was incorrectly labeled so was 6cm bigger in the waist than it should be according to the size chart, and my previous orders. Therefore I can't wear them as they fall down. The company said they only offer replacement once??...I want to send the trousers back and have the correct size sent to me but they are not answering my messages or providing me the address to send the scrubs back to. Very frustrating and completely odd way if doing business??
