Product

How will I know my size before ordering?

Size charts can be found on each product’s description page. The measurements are specific to each product to give the most accurate fit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes to items once the order is submitted. However, if your order hasn’t been routed for fulfillment or shipped yet, we can still attempt to cancel it, update the shipping address, or help you exchange the item.

Please reach out to our Customer Service team as quickly as possible for the best chance of modifying, canceling, or exchanging an order before fulfillment.

How can I check item availability?

Clicking on each size or color on a product's description page will indicate whether the item is “in stock” or “not available”. If you need further information, you can contact our Customer Service department.

What if my size is out of stock?

We know it’s a bummer when your size is out of stock! Our restock cycle is usually around 1–2 weeks.

To receive a restock notification, simply enter your email in the “Notify” section. As soon as the item is back in stock, we’ll contact you by email and WhatsApp.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

Computer Monitor Color Accuracy?

We do our best to accurately represent the appearance of the products we sell on our online store. However, please keep in mind that if your monitor color settings have been changed or are not set to the default standard settings, a product's true colors may not appear as they should on your screen.

I’m between two sizes. Which one should I choose?

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable and relaxed fit, especially if you need more room for movement during work shifts.

This is my first time buying from Comenii. How do I choose the right size?

If this is your first time shopping with us, please compare your body measurements with our size chart. If you’re unsure, contact us by email or WhatsApp before placing your order, and we’ll help you choose the best size.

Should I size up for a relaxed fit?

Yes. If you prefer a relaxed fit or need extra room for movement during long shifts, we recommend sizing up.

Can I exchange the item if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes, you can request an exchange according to our return and exchange policy. Please check our Return & Exchange Policy page for more details before placing your order.

I never got a confirmation email, how do I know if my order went through?

Be sure to check your email's Spam folder to see if your Order Confirmation was accidentally delivered there. If you still need further assistance, you can confirm your order via Live Chat on our website, or email us at help@comeniisupport.com.

You can also check the My Orders tab under your profile to find all of your past orders.

Backorders

Why is my item on backorder?

Items are listed as backordered when they are currently out of stock. Once we receive these items, they will ship immediately.

How long will my backordered items take to ship?

Our restock cycle is usually around 1–2 weeks. As soon as your backordered item is back in stock, we’ll contact you by email and WhatsApp with the latest update.

If you have any questions about your backordered item, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

Shipping

What shipping methods are available to me?

We offer standard shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Ireland.

Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location. Please allow 1–2 business days for warehouse processing after your order is placed.

Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds vary by destination:

  • USA & Canada: $5 shipping, free shipping on orders over $50
  • UK: £4 shipping, free shipping on orders over £40
  • Australia: $8 shipping, free shipping on orders over $80
  • Ireland: €5 shipping, free shipping on orders over €48

Shipping costs, including applicable taxes, customs, and duties, will be calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. You'll also get an email when your package is delivered! If you'd like to view the status of your order, you can track that by clicking this link: https://comenii.com/apps/track123

I only received half of my order - where's the rest?

We’ll ship all in-stock items within the same or next business day. If your order includes items from different warehouses, you may receive multiple shipments. Don’t worry, your shipping confirmation emails will clearly indicate which items have shipped and which ones are on the way or scheduled to ship later.

If you have any questions about the status of multiple shipments, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for additional help!

I entered an incorrect shipping address on my order - can I change it?

Please contact customer service if you need to modify your order. If your order has not already begun processing, we can make an adjustment. If your order has shipped and you need to change the shipping address, please contact the shipping carrier directly to request an address update.

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original tags and packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at help@comeniisupport.com for authorization. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How do I return items?

Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or videos if the item is faulty or damaged. Once your return request is approved, please place the item and receipt back in the original packaging and follow the return instructions provided by our team.

How much does it cost to return?

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

After our Customer Service team verifies the situation, any applicable return or exchange shipping costs may be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.

I received the wrong/defective items - what should I do?

If you received wrong or defective items in your shipment, please contact our Customer Service department for further assistance.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Most refunds are processed the same or next business day, however it may take 5-7 business days for your bank statement to be updated.

Are there any items that I cannot return?

We cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, final sale or embroidered items for returns at this time.

How do I check the status of my return?

When you return your items at a store, we will process your refund right away. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. If you drop off your return at a drop off location, you should receive your refund when the item is returned to our warehouse. Typically within 5-7 business days. If you haven't received confirmation after three business days, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team. We're here to help!

Coupons

How do I use coupons/promo codes?

Customers can apply a discount code in the shopping bag or in the payment step of the checkout process. Limit one discount or promotion per order. Not to be combined with any other discount or offer. Limit one offer per customer.

Why isn't my discount/promotion working?

It's possible that your discount code has expired or has certain exclusions. If you have any questions regarding a discount code, please contact our Customer Service team via online chat or email.

I get a discount through my employer/school - can I use that discount online?

If you are eligible for our student discount, you can use it online after completing student email verification and receiving your discount code.

For employer, school, or group discount programs, please contact our Customer Service team to confirm whether your discount can be applied online.

My Account & Email Preferences

How do I sign up for promotional emails?

You can sign up for promotional emails by entering your email address in the Newsletter section on our website or through the pop-up subscription form when it appears.

Once subscribed, you’ll receive updates on exclusive new colors, styles, promotions, and special offers from COMENII.

How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails?

The unsubscribe link is located at the bottom of our emails. Once clicking the link, please allow 10 business days for your email to be removed from our system. If you're still receiving promotional emails at that time, please contact our customer service team and they'll be happy to help.

I am having trouble signing into my account - who can I contact?

If you need further assistance with your account, please contact our customer service department via email or chat.

Rewards and Loyalty

What is Beyond Rewards?

COMENII Rewards is our free loyalty program where you can earn points and enjoy exclusive rewards every time you shop. Members can earn points by signing up, placing orders, following us on social media, writing reviews, and more. Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for discount coupons and apply them at checkout.

Group Ordering

Is there a minimum for group orders?

There is no minimum for Group Ordering. However, group orders are eligible for discounts for orders of $300 or more.

What is the return/exchange policy on group orders?

We do offer returns on all non-embroidered items. Non-embroidered items are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. Currently exchanges are not available for items.

How long will my group order take to ship?

Processing time for Group Orders can take 3-4 business days for embroidered items and 1-2 business days without embroidery.

Can I get a sample of styles for my team to try?

We are unable to offer samples at this time. If you'd like to try an item, we'd recommend ordering non-embroidered items to validate fit and style prior to ordering in bulk.

Talk to me about sizing, how will we get this right?

Non-embroidered items can be returned according to our return policy. To ensure the perfect fit before placing an embroidery order, we recommend trying on or ordering non-embroidered items first.
